Bajee OK (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "the Company") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. By using the bajeeok.biz website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of using the Bajee OK platform, including creating an account, placing bets, making payments and withdrawals, claiming bonuses, and using any other services.

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled — unless a Cash Out option is available.

• Odds in live betting can change at any moment.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, Bajee OK's own policy will apply.
• If your internet connection drops before a bet is confirmed, the bet will not be accepted.

Accumulator Bet:

• 2 or more selections can be combined in a single bet.
• If any single selection is incorrect, the entire accumulator will be voided.
• Get up to 20% extra bonus on selections of 5 or more.

Bajee OK offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read before claiming.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳5,000).
• A 10x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering cannot be done using only the main balance — the bonus balance must also be used.
• Bonus validity: Must be used within 30 days of issuance.

Reload Bonus & Cashback:

• The weekly reload bonus must be claimed using a specific promo code.
• Cashback bonuses generally carry no wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

Bajee OK is committed to maintaining a fair and secure betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If detected, all accounts and balances will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Breaching rules to obtain bonuses, using bots, or strategic wagering manipulation is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on prior knowledge of or manipulation of match outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: The platform must not be used for the purpose of laundering money or legitimizing illegal funds.
• Hacking & Technical Manipulation: Attempting to hack the system or using automated bots is strictly prohibited.
• Use of Third-Party Accounts: Using another person's account or payment method is not permitted.

Bajee OK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

For voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, if an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Bajee OK will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Transactions or bets placed in error by the user.
• Delays caused by third-party payment provider errors.
• If the service is unavailable due to unexpected technical disruptions.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

Bajee OK is not liable for odds or results displayed incorrectly due to technical errors. In such cases, Bajee OK reserves the right to void the affected bets.

In the event of a dispute with Bajee OK, please follow the process outlined below:

1. Step 1: Contact customer support via live chat or email. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
2. Step Two: If your issue is unresolved by support, escalate to senior management. A response will be provided within 72 hours.
3. Step Three: Disputes may be resolved through neutral mediation with the consent of both parties.

Bajee OK may modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• The update date will be published on the website.
• For major changes, you will be notified via your registered email or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please request closure of your account.

The Bangla version of these Terms & Conditions is considered the primary document. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version shall be deemed final.
